We craft our products to have multiple lifecycles and live beyond their first owner. Styles that are worn regularly and cherished over years sometimes need some extra love once the natural wear and tear catches up with them. To encourage our customers to prolong the life of their garments we have created an extensive Wash & Care Guide and established a Repair Service in our physical stores.

For over 3 years, Kostas has repaired and custom-tailored Samsøe Samsøe garments and stands as a captivating example of preserved craftsmanship and traditional tailoring.

Each location collaborates with local tailors and shoemakers as well as offers smaller in-store repairs if needed. In our Rotterdam store, it is Kostas from Atelier Theo, who picks up items twice a week.
